MOVIE REVIEW : MSIMAMO WANGU

FILM : Msimamo Wangu

DIRECTOR : Massoud Ally

CAST : Mohamed Mwikongi, Nuru Nassor, Grace Mapunda, Haji Salum

RATING : 3/5

Mama kawele(Grace Mapunda) loves her employee Frank(Mohamed Mwikongi) but he refuses to date his boss as he loves his wife Nora(Nuru Nassor) very much, to fulfill her dream Grace Mapunda goes to a wizard for some medicine to attract Frank to date her but unluckily her watchman(Mboto) eats the food which contain the magical power. The watchman being driven by wizardry starts approaching his boss who doesn't want to hear his cry for love. Grace returns to the witchdoctor but he tells her that she used it out of his directives so he can't help her anymore but dating her watchman.

The last scene was not well directed surely workers didn't impress us after hearing another side of their boss. Mboto(Haji Salum) is driven by magical power to date his boss but still fears to enter his boss' bedroom and sleep together, so the magic was not strong enough !. why not shown?. some scenes of Mboto should have been cut since they were not prominent. Anyway, the lead actors impressed the film, Mohamed Mwikongi was good. Grace Mapunda was just OK, and the talented screen goddess of the
early 2000s Nuru Nassor was just awesome. The last word of the film, it is a good film go and get your copy if not yet watched it.
