Super important to use fluoride free toothpaste! It's easy to find alternatives these days, I use eco-dent and I really like it. Fluoride is also in the public drinking water supply (tap water), so drinking fresh, pure water would be best, if possible.
Fluoride has been used to render people docile, obedient and complicit. I wonder why it's in the water supply? It's just about being aware, and living as close to nature as possible.
There's lots of information out there about the detrimental effects of fluoride. One great book to check out is called Minerals for the Genetic Code. It's pretty heady but a great read.
